Hi, new to this site, but been in the hobby of Candy Cabs and arcade hardware for a little while. I'm a member of Ng.com, KLOV and shmups under the same username. I've got a couple cabs and a decent collection of pcbs. Play a lot of Xbox 360 too.

Hi guys. I don't know much about arcade cabs, but I've always wanted one. Just never had the space now that I do have the money for them. I had a hand built cabinet before, but had to sell it because I was leaving the country for a good amount of time. I love wiring things and don't have special skills, but learning is always fun.

I got started in the fighting game community as well, but grew up with classic shooters on Atari and the SNES. At any rate, just hear to learn and participate. Thanks for having me over.

Hello, I've been registered for a little while but haven't posted until now. Been gaming since the mid-80s and always had an interest in arcade gaming due to my dad being in the business for 30+ years. I've been increasingly interested in shmups recently, although exposure to Twin Cobra/Kyukyoku Tiger as a child probably had some sort of influence.

I'm here to improve my knowledge of arcade hardware and software, which'll hopefully lead to a cab in the flat one day. :) I also post at NTSC-UK occasionally.

Howdy,

I'm Kyle. I'm a moderator in Tech Talk at Shoryuken.com. I'm also a regular lurker on Neo-Geo.com. I registered to post a Naomi Universal Marquee template that I put together. I can't seem to make a new post. Hopefully that will change once this is approved.

Thanks!

Hello. I have been a longtime Arcade machine enthusiast. I own some rare games such as SegaSonic arcade (of which Id like to get a cabenet for eventually. I think it uses Sega Aero City, but not sure on that)

I am here because I am desperately trying to fix the DDR Supernova 2 machine in my local arcade. It seems a power supply died a dwindle death (power tapered off) instead of a blowout (with a surge of power usually frying pcbs) Everything physically seems to check out, but it seems the MBR on the PS2 hard drive got corrupted and I am trying to repair it. I would like to go into more details, but I don't seem to be able to post in the hardware forums.

Also, I was hoping to talk to Chi as it seems he has some experience with the Pyson 2 system. I'm trying to save my local arcade $1000+ shipping back to kanomi (which this family owned arcade doesn't have to spare ATM).

Thanks guys.
