Monitor dying or screen burn damage?

Picked up a Naomi uni and being a dedicated Virtua tennis cab for all its life the Monitors suffering the usual screen burn-in, not a problem as it was expected and it still displays a great picture.Only thing is the press start button or whatever writing in the top left and right and bottom left and right the colours seem to be blurred, knowing it has screen burn i'm putting it down to that but could it be something else ?seems to be the 4 corners.I'm well aware its knocking on and am expecting to have to get another monitor at some point just wondering if it could be something other than the screen burn causing it.

Checked the yoke and all seems nice and tight, looked at the HV adj though and it looks like its knackered i daren't touch it, its got what looks like a blob of mastic holding it together, is it easy enough to replace these type of adjustors and where would i get them from if i wanted some?

I took the neck card off and made sure nothing was loose as poolchamp explained to me earlier, then to the right of the focus adjustor there is a screwdriver adjustable HV Adjust, i haven't touched it but it looks knackered and looks in need of replacement someones obviously fiddled with it and it looks held together with mastic i was wondering if this could be a problem and if it was easy enough to replace it could do with changing even if it doesn't affect the problem. Its the same adjustor as the R-G-B ones and all that.

what chassis is this,a nanao ms2932 or a sanwa 29es31s?
the hv adjust is probably the B+ adjust-doubt thats the problem though

is there anyone near you that can test your chassis on another tube,i can test it for you but it would need to be shipped to spain and insured

Its a Sanwa chassis, no i don't think so unless someone volunteers their services if they see this. That HV thing needs replacing to be sure though i'd say its almost dropping off :o

yes of course, the reason it is glued is because it is factory set and should not be adjusted
you can swap it for the horizontal size pot VR455 if you want to have a look to see what happens

If i was to replace it for the horizontal size pot VR455 would that cause any problems in itself? meaning would i then have to go replace the VR455 for another 10k anyway?
