I'm still very much interested but I'm hesitant to send money if you're having production issues. Do you have an assembled, working prototype built using this new material that you can demonstrate for potential buyers?

This is no small amount of money you're asking for, so a little more information would go a long way.

PVC will be more resistant than wood.
And anyway if there is issue, there’s always refund ;)
We are currently making prototype

Is there any reason this wouldn't work in any 25"/27" arcade cabinet? Perhaps some slight modifications, however, any reason it wouldn't work in a non-Canary cabinet?

They're all missing the necessary mounting points for the rotation mech.

Some cabs probably don't have enough space for the monitor to rotate in place. Diagonally the monitor is at its widest.

Does the chassis rotate along with the monitor in the Canary or is it fixed? If it's the latter, many monitors don't have long enough wiring for this. You can neck the tube if the wiring from the chassis to the neck board is too short.

A bunch of reasons.

The Canary chassis is fixed.

You also need to remove the side panels from the cab when rotating the screen. Other 25" cabs do not have these removable side panels.
