Namco Time crisis 2 Issues

Hi guys.
I have a problem in my Arcade Cabinet Time crisis 2.
When I turn it on Player 2 works great , but there is a audio issues , maybe the speaker is dead.
Player one I get this screen and I can play :

by replacing the sdram ic using a hot air station, its a smt ic so not easy to replace unless you are experienced with hot air reflow

They are located near that large custom chip, C412. This specific one you need to look at is located at 13A. It's most likely either a broken solder trace or a faulty chip. I don't have a System 23 PCB with me atm for some good images.
