LOL at my 2015 post wondering how the exchange rate would fluctuate as I mulled over the purchase, blissfully unaware of the impending ****. Turns out I saved 25%!
so you will break even after paying Import tax ?
Uk has no import tax from Germany until brexit. :D

Yes, I know, but the price disparity here is pretty shocking.

I am more shocked the second one sold for 251,000 yen. That seems really low to me, considering the way rare Cave kits have been selling this past year.
Maybe the other auctions were all fake.

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread

I would not really care about the version more if the board is clean, no repairs and all labels in place.

Is CPS2 not something between, like 12:7 widescreen.
Only when it’s displayed 1:1 with square pixels (wrongly).
On a CRT? If I go the test screen and adjust the rectangle to a square the picture is like 16:9.

Price check on Espgaluda 2 pcb.
$800-$1000
:awe:

usually a seller wants $1000 and a buyer wants to pay $800. If you sell it for $500 everybody wants it.

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread

There was a listing for an Espgaluda II pcb on YAJ for 98 000 yen that went unsold for quite a while. It appeared to be sold, but the seller relisted it for 95 000 yen a few weeks ago and it's still not sold. So 95 000 might be in the upper bracket for Espgaluda 2. so yeah, that is $840 cross rate....

This seller is known to cancel bids, even after the end of an auction, however.
Oh yeah, porcupine does that quite often.
Did it for the longest time with a DFK BL kit.
yep. I tried to buy it for 300k. did not work.
