Re: Potentiometer tops for AWSD/e2/e3 control box pots

I would guess that the shaft will be roughly 6mm in girth. Get a couple of these, even if the shaft is slightly wider the stretch a little so should be able to fit.

Re: Wiring kick harnesses

Yeah, you'll need one male, one female and the pins for each as the AMP connectors come in pieces. You have to crimp the wire on to a pin and then inset in the plastic housing. Repeat this for all 16 wires. The colour of the wires doesn't matter, it just makes it easier when matching them up in the ...

Raz would be the person to ask. If there aren't currently any phoenix ROMs I'm sure he could make some.

Re: Wiring kick harnesses

That's right. If you don't plan on removing the CP too often it may be easier to just label the connections. I'm looking to build another CP so I opted for the break away method. For the break away I used the AMP 9 pin connectors. If you do go for one you'll need the following (or similar) AMP 9pin ...

How to remove antistatic coating/scratches arcade monitor

Copy/pasted from a KC cache, originally written by gargoyle67. Just fished removing my antistatic coating from my monitor, incase other people want to do this I though I would do a little guide. First you need a glass polishing kit, I got mine from this site: http://www.scratchglass.com/pages/glassp...

Re: Wiring kick harnesses

Just knocked this up for you. If you want to add a breakaway I got mine from Andy Geezer Services. It should be obvious how it fits in to the circuit. They're slightly more difficult to crimp than the spade connectors though.

Re: Wiring kick harnesses

I've wired mine directly to the extra buttons. http://img373.imageshack.us/img373/3262/dsc02698yo7.jpg I extended the wires, added crimps to the ends and connected them directly to the buttons. I also added a break away connector so the CP can be removed easily. 09 P2 Heavy Kick 15 P1 Heavy Kick 17 ...

Re: Playing Naomi with a...

Can't comment on graphics/difficulty but the game played differently. There seemed to be a slight input delay which made the controls feel looser all of the timing different.

It running through a SEGA I/O in 15K. Don't know if that makes a difference as CVsSNK played fine.
