Re: IC: Lindbergh/Noir 2L16B "repro" panels

That's probably what I'll end up doing for them, but I can't help myself playing around with other possibilities for my own use. :awe: The black + white + hex really lets you get away with all sorts of mess in the background.

Re: IC: Lindbergh/Noir 2L16B "repro" panels

Situation as is. 2L16B panels for everyone who requested one were manufactured and are ready to go as shown here https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/download/file.php?id=19686&mode=view. Some have a brushed horizontal grain, some have vertical. Overlays... muddymusic and I started trying reverse printing ...

Re: Super Nintardbros!

Didn't really enjoy Orta, and never got to spend time with the original when I had a Saturn. If they manage to patch it all up properly and LRG confirm their print will contain all the patches... maybe I'll have a go? Dunno, rail shooters aren't something I've ever particularly enjoyed bar Star Fox ...

Re: IC: Lindbergh/Noir 2L16B "repro" panels

Been meaning to update.

Its still overlays.

Long and short, im trying to find a supplier for 0.5mm polished aluminium in small quantity.

I'll do a longer post when I get some time, I'm actually using two of the panels myself in a bare / el-cheapo overlay fashion

Retromini RS90

20200302_200216.jpg Barely used, flashed with latest OpenDingux. Great little emulator handheld for emulating handhelds - not so great for anything else due to GBA screen resolution (uses the same LCD as a GB Micro) - superb dpad IMO. About 120MB free internally for ROMs or bang a MicroSD card in. ...

Re: Super Nintardbros!

Well Ghost Trick took me 3.5 months, and its an 8-10 hour game apparently. I know there were a few puzzles that took me a couple of hours each to crack. Hotel Dusk may not get any more play, I started Blasphemous (Switch but multiplatform) which I am enjoying - it's sonically overly dreary but very ...

Re: Super Nintardbros!

Finally finished Ghost Trick the other night. Made by the same guy who did Phoenix Wright, and it shows - similar feel to the presentation and writing. Crops up on every DS hidden gem list, well worth playing. Subsequently put Hotel Dusk in, which is apparently another hidden gem. Not feeling it. It...

Panels collected and all test fitted to my (unadjusted) Lindbergh cabinet - everything a perfect fit.

Not heard from @muddymusic for a while, hope everything's okay with you!

Re: IC: Lindbergh/Noir 2L16B "repro" panels

Muddymusic is working on them. He's incredibly busy and these are not a straightforward print so he's experimenting when he has time to find a good result. Sega chose to use a crazy expensive print method for their originals, and based on various conversations I've had all the other 3rd party Lindbe...
