Re: YAJ Proxy Services - Head to Head!

I use FromJapan, not sure if they're the cheapest for this service but the following points sway it for me

They will mark the parcel as gift and their site lets you mark the value down on the items you have bought. This is a no brainer for me.

Customs can lick my hairy balls :awe:

Hi, I put the Josh in josh ihatsumitsu! :) As I collect a lot of games, arcade PCB's have been dominating, so it felt like this forum would be relevant to join. I tend to convince myself that I collect for reasons of preservation ( updated VAPS list here ), but really, if I didn't enjoy it I wouldn...

Re: Items you can't afford on Yahoo Japan Auctions

The world has gone mad. Yeah i agree I thought it was worth about £700-1k in VGC . That must be one great golf game. It's a good game no doubt but i'm not sure about 6k for it. The seller has to be dancing :D The crazy world of collecting never stops amazing me, but this is nuts. One born every min...

My Jpn console brick

Input AC is 100-127v 3.7A 47-63 hz

Output DC 135W 12v -10.83a

Am using a UK brick with

Input AC is 100-240v 2A 47-63 hz

Output DC 135W 12v 10.83a

So basically as long as the Wattage is the same you should have no problem.

Ex-Edinburgh "working holiday" resident here, and also a friend of Charlie. I just wanted to say top stuff and congrats.
