Re: Sexy Parodius displaying all video in green only
Sorry for the long reply been busy! Well I have two Parodius boards so here soon I will switch the sub board over to my working motherboard and see what happens. I still want to get another board/fix the one I have so I don't have to switch around all the time. Once I have some more free time I will...

Re: Sexy Parodius displaying all video in green only
Pretty much you want to work backwards from green on the JAMMA edge and see where the traces go, checking each component is working. A logic probe is generally the best way to do this. I'm quite new to repair work so unfortunately I can't help much more, hopefully someone with a bit more experience...

Sexy Parodius displaying all video in green only
So...I did something really stupid: I was talking to someone and not paying attention and wiping the dust off my monitor while it was on with not the best thing to use...so I got quite a bit of static and the monitor went out. I was then incredibly **** at myself thinking the monitor died, but thank...

So I just hooked up my kick harness I got here: http://triplemoonstar.brinkster.net/theshed/default.asp?stockid=1471 I already had buttons 1-4 hooked up on my Jamma harness, so I followed the color coded information on the wires from Andy: Player 1 Button 4 = White/Red [1] Button 5 = White/Blue [2] ...

First arcade game of the year? I was over at Mmmsada's place and was playing Ibara on his Sega Aero table.
First new arcade game of the year for me? Hmm... That would be Melty Blood Act Cadenza ver.B

Re: Question about mounting non-Naomi marquees in my Blast C
I always check mcs-arcade.com doesn't do a Blast City friendly marquee first :awe: True I do the same, but for more of the random PCBs I have I just the original artwork. 2 ideas: 1) if you rub the marquee holder with a cloth it will build up static. this should probably hold the paper in place 2) ...

Question about mounting non-Naomi marquees in my Blast City
So, I've run into a situation I'm trying to figure out how exactly the best way is to do it. I'm wanting to find a good way to mount plain paper marquees from other games into my Blast City without damaging the marquees and while looking halfway decent. My idea is something like this: http://img.pho...

Ok, I just built the cable for this, you need a Molex 2695 serie connector. IMAG0590.jpg http://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/022012027_sd.pdf" perfect fit. I bought one and the pins I needed here: http://www.jammaboards.com/store/connectors-pins/2-54mm-100-molex-connectors/cat_9.html" Thanks for the i...

Nanao MS-2931 no video, dead?
So, the MS-2931 in my Blast City died (I think), a few days ago. Was playing it, Naomi 2 decided to say it's IO was loose, as sensitive as it usually is. Not thinking and rushing to my work, I turned it off with the switch under the control panel, quickly re-assured it was in place and turned it bac...

No Jamma (Mono) sound in my Sega Blast City. Help! No idea.
So, I have a rather annoying problem with my Sega Blast City cab I got recently. First of all, the was originally a Sega Bass Fishing cab, the ones sent over to America. It was converted into stock condition. Originally model 3. Wiring harness was changed some to work with a Naomi set up. Like, the ...
