The rank had gone mental and I met my demise just before the boss :palm:
Nice score, how are you taking down Kasumi in stage 3?

Re: Ibara - PCB

Finally made it to stage 4, it took 3 hadoguns to put Kasumi out of her misery. I need to get better at dodging her second pattern. The mini boss caught me off guard and ended my venture into stage 4 though :silent:. http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1405/5167455336_017dae7298.jpg SHU - 5,608,750 - Sta...

Most of what I'm doing is a watered down attempt (no intentional suicides) of the Lunatic Ibara superplay dvd. If you have a way to view that I'd say it helps a lot, just not so much with the third stage boss.

Re: Ibara - PCB

Thanks everyone, small update in score. I had planned to wait till I broke 5m to post again, but Kasumi has me by the whoppers atm. Her final form is kinda crazy. Any good tips for her? I tried shooting her and not getting hit + dodging. Maybe I need to give her a bag of candies? http://farm5....

Re: Trouble Witches Neo (Xbox360)

I think its just published by SNKP. Its originally a doujin shmup that is getting a slightly tweaked retail release like a 1.5ver. Its cheap so I'll use my xbox funny money on it.

Re: Cave's weakest title?

Their weakest titles for me would have to be Dangun Feveron and Donpachi. Might be I'm still considered a young chap, but I just don't think Donpachi (although historic) has aged well at all. I think Dodonpachi is fantastic and Dodonpachi Doj is my most favorite cave game with Ibara & Dodonpachi Dai...

Re: Ibara - PCB

Great score dude. The second boss is mental hard. Have a look at markedkillers video earlier in the other ibara thread. That really helps. I can see I need to dust this game off again soon :D Thanks man, I'll check it out, anything to make that second form a little more manageable. Midi is still th...

Re: Ibara - PCB

Bit of an update in score, but wow I've never dealt with a more difficult second boss since Cyvern. I can beat Midi now but not consistently and usually on a rubbish score run.

Slowly inching up, think I can finally snuff Midi in a few days. Then time for insane points with centipede trains.

Re: Nanao manual tri-sync low res brightness issue.

A similar case had been encountered on this forum but I skimmed over it too fast earlier looking for info. A friend pointed it out and it worked. When running low res in a blast city you can't have the vga connector hooked up to anything or else the low res image darkens (as to why I have no idea). ...

Nanao manual tri-sync low res brightness issue.

Got the original nanao manual tri-sync monitor in my Blast City, while hi res looks great low res is sorta dark. It isn't terrible, the picture just doesn't pop and makes the score hard to read unless its on the high score page. I know its somewhat normal with double the scan lines, I have maxed the...

Blast City safety switch.

Curious if anyone has a fix for the bottom door power down switch that kills power to the cab whenever the bottom door is removed? I was told there is a means to remove the switch and keep it pressed.

Thanks.

Sweet, I need some more practice before I post anything for these games. Black Label is amazing fun, teasing rank with Yagawa always wins.
