Re: Is my Monitor dead?

Yeah, I've tried it with SFIII and Puzzle Bobble which is MVS. I can hear the sound fine on SFIII so I know the board is working.

Is my Monitor dead?

Hello there, I've not been on my cab much for a while (work, kids, etc) but I have been getting back into to the odd game of Puzzle Bobble and SFIII latley. The only problem is that today when I turned my cab on (Astro) the monitor did this photo.JPG (It is supposed to be the Puzzle Bobble start scr...

Re: Sony close Studio Liverpool

I remember them from the PD days on the Amiga, so it is sad to see them go. Though in some ways it is no surprise as Sony in general are scaling back quite a few of their operations.

Re: Deathsmiles iOS

I use a finger on my left hand to move (like the previous CAVE games) and with my right hand there is a button on screen that allows you to swap direction, shot type and power up.

Re: Deathsmiles iOS

Crashes on iOS 5 Beta 2. :palm: Works fine on iOS4, to be fair you aren't running a released OS so you can't expect CAVE to support a Beta OS. As far as the game goes, I quite like it the usual problems of my fingers obscuring the screen can cause issues when enemies come from the left but the cont...

Re: Favorite game to play and play and play

Counterstrike :palm: This is a somewhat recent development, but i've put wayyyy to many hours in to be as bad as I am at it :) I used to love playing that in my lunch at one of my previous companies, 16 players on a LAN :) Currently I'm playing SFIII 3S in my cab and SSFIV on the olde console. A bi...

^ that is what you need for the CPS2 boards but make sure you don't get the cheap T20 bits as they lack the hole in the middle.

Re: CPS-III battery life

5 years is the recommended amount of time I've been told, though I have had a battery last over 10 years but I wouldn't risk that with a 3rd Strike cart.

Re: Halo Reach For The Stars

Dusted off campaign in normal really quick. Can't be **** with Legendary, no time for that. Lasted about four minutes at 'the end' part. Minor spoilers ahead: The climax is a little flat somehow, doesn't quite have the payoff of Halo 3's highlights. Also, just curious, despite being told not to, di...

Surley you jest with your half a second lag time my liege. Half a bloody second :o , Kinect isn't exactlly going to be great on anything that relies on response time and they are going to have games like Dance Central and the like :o
