Re: Super Nintardbros!

Bringing a race track to life requires an ample amount of space and has some restrictions in order to maintain a good connection. Nintendo recommends a room of 15 x 15 max and 10 x 12 for 150 CC speed with the kart never going more than five meters away from your Switch. That's pretty disappointing...

I really enjoyed it myself. It did feel a little short but that's probably because I just wanted to play more of it :)

Re: HOT GNG ADAPTER

It would be worth checking that the adapter contacts and edge connectors are clean. If they're not then there will be increased resistance = heat.

Re: Super Nintardbros!

Looks fun, one to pick up for sure  8-) Mainly playing Dead Cells on the switch still at the moment. Took a while to get the first boss cell but it seems relatively easy to reach and beat The Hand of the King on every run with no boss cells selected now. Reaching the Hand of the King with o...

Re: Data east recommeded games

Boogie Wings is a game I always wanted to get but I never managed to pick one up.

I've always had a soft spot semi for Tumblepop though, the first cab I ever got had a JAMMA switcher with Tumblepop and Carrier Air Wing in.

Re: Automatic 15/25khz switching for Nanao MS8/MS9 for everyone - interest check

We also still need to think it a non invasive way to interrupt the 100vAc to the monitor. The easiest way for the end user would probably to have an inline 15 pin AMP UP pass though. Basically a 15 pin female and a 15 pin male connector with RGBS/GND and demag wires connected straight through. You ...

It's connected directly to the chassis via the 15 pin AMP UP. Needs to be a momentary switch.

Sorted the home linking out.
Good stuff cools, that was the only thing I had noticed, glad to see it's been fixed already.

Just out of interest, are there any forum enhancements that come with phpBB3 3.3.0, either front or back end?

Re: Automatic 15/25khz switching for Nanao MS8/MS9 - interest check

I didn’t know they were so rare, I bought one last year from a guy in France who sells recapped MS9 chassis, and I’m using it in my Egret 2. Will still be interested by your solution though. I'm not so sure either now after googling a bit earlier, it looks like [ brad808 has three auto switching ch...

Re: Automatic 15/25khz switching for Nanao MS8/MS9 - interest check

Good stuff, looking forward to seeing the proto type :)

There is a (rarez) revision of the MS9 that has auto sync sensing/switching. There's a bit of information in a thread [here]. I don't know if finding out the specs of those relays etc would be of any use?

First of all, you guys are all the greatest. The fact that you would all help a total stranger (who probably knows too little about the topic to even be welcome here) is beyond words. I don’t know, it is just really refreshing. Thank you all so much! No worries, most people here are pretty helpful,...

Re: Please Help Me Get My Astro City Working!

Apologies for the late reply, busy old week.... There are a few ways to crack this particular nut but this is probably the easiest. I took the liberty of making some things, figured it's easier to show with pictures. Thanks for the pictures of your board etc. It looks like the 'kick' connector is JS...

Re: Remote for 15/24kHz switching on Nanao MS9

I wouldn't want to try switching resolutions with the monitor turned on. I always turned the cab off before flipping the 12v switch. If it's set to off then the relay will be in it's '15kHz output' position and the monitor will run at 15kHz. If it's set to on then the relay will be in it's '15kHz ou...

Re: Please Help Me Get My Astro City Working!

Yes, it works!!!! So, if you still have patience to help, any advice for the kick buttons? I have a kick harness dangling down, and I also have wires for buttons 5 & 6 for Players 1 & 2 from the crappy game board, but which goes into where? Glad to see it working, especially after sitting in an unk...
